The MyLife Organizer is perfectly what its name suggests. It gives the user a perfect environment to systematically plan and organize his goals and synchronize them with the other goals and achieve them as quickly as possible. It allows user to organize the work in a tree structure and generates a simple To-Do List of actions. It sorts the to-do list according to the priority and work that needs immediate attention. It will give a concrete and sequential list specification to achieve the goals.
The program allows the user to define an outline for his goals. It sorts then according to the importance. It can also assign place and context to the events. it can be accessed anywhere using a Pocket PC that can be synchronized with the desktop MyLife Organizer personal edition.
It is very lightweight in use and portable. Provides a outliner and generates to-do list according to task importance and allows to import/export templates. It minimizes to the system tray and allows user to customize the interface. It can also be made to run from a USB thumb drive, and set context for tasks. The goal setting is made very easy with constraints like time required to complete, order and dependency on other tasks. It has advanced reminders and alerts and prints them. It provides drag and drop tasks from outlook and can be used for project tracking. It works in sync with outlook and PDAs. |
